Here are Four Options
1.  Speak with a safe confidant, ideally a colleague who has been through a similar experience, someone to whom you can express your frustrations and who, in return, can provide you insight given his or her experience. This should be a person who is outside of the congregation.  The further away, the better.  Confidentiality is critically important.
2.  If your church has a non-disciplinary grievance procedure use it.
3.  Prayerfully consider looking for a new ministry.  Developing a secure fall-back (or fall-forward) position should provide you with a greater sense of confidence in dealing with your current situation.  Request a free list of websites I developed that advertise ministry openings.
4.   Be Coached.  (You do the work, I assist).  If you feel you are being treated disrespectfully, unjustly, etc., and option 2 is not available, you may choose to tackle the conflict directly.  Developing a strategy to do this is no easy task. You will want to voice your concern while being mindful of the well-being of all involved (including the congregation).  I provide expert coaching that will help you thread this needle.
