I.  Self-Help
(a)  Read my book, “Hope in the Face of Conflict: Making Peace with Others the Way God Makes Peace with Us.”  It will provide you with foundational principles on how to resolve your conflict.
(b)  Be coached.  Put an expert in your corner!  You do the work, I assist. Together we'll develop a strategy to take you from where you are to where you want to be - intact - while mindful of the well-being of the other person(s) as well.
II.  Turn to a Mediator  (I can assist your peacemaking efforts)
(a)  Go to one or more church leaders to tell them you need a peacemaker to confidentially help in your dispute – a person all sides will accept.
(i)  If needed, I can provide guidance to church leaders at no charge on what to look for in selecting an in-house peacemaking mediator.
(ii)  If needed, I can serve as a resource to guide that person through the peacemaking process.
(b)  Alternatively, I can facilitate the peacemaking process via phone and face-to-face online interaction with the disputing parties with the help of a selected church member to serve as my assistant.
(c)  All sides should study the relevant portions of my book (see above). The more that everyone knows about how to achieve peace and reconciliation the better.
