Two to five church members will form a representative group of the different sides of the conflict. All parties will participate with the understanding that there will be no debate regarding the merits, or lack thereof, of any issue or side. A key purpose of the meeting is for the representatives to get a sense as to whether or not they think Dr. Newberger would be effective in resolving the conflict.
